We at Sictor Cairo-based online Optical Platform are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team,
As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including website, and email/CRM software.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • – Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role 1-3 Years.
  • – Proven record of digital marketing execution including web, social, eCommerce, omnichannel
  • – Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • – hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • – Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • – BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field

eCommerce Operations Specialist

Job Details

Overview

We at Sictor Cairo-based online Optical Platform are looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our team, Have the experience to follow up with new customers, help them to place orders Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle Process order requests. ( Fulltime, Work from home, bonus, fixed)
Manage daily tasks for ordering ( web access, online channels).
  • Replay to Digital channels messages & Comments
  • Responsible for answering all telephone calls.
  • Should have very good telephone etiquettes.
  • Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process
  • Should be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our products
  • Display excellent conversation skills and selling techniques at all times.
  • Confirmed customer orders for accuracy before processed it. To ensures that orders are accurate.
  • Ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

– Experience 1 to 3 years Not Specified at least Internet/E-commerce Job Roles: Customer Service/Support Operations/Management Sales/Retail

  • – Must have skills in  Microsoft and google sheets, forms
  • – Must have experience  in social media and online channels( preferred in e-commerce platforms, Websites)
