Return and Exchange Policy
Manufacturing defects in lenses:
If your lenses are defective due to manufacturing errors, they can be replaced free of charge.
These defects include harmful changes in the lenses.
Scale error:
If the lenses are made with the wrong scale, they can be returned and replaced.
Prescription lenses:
Prescription lenses are not replaced.
Prescription sunglasses can be exchanged if they are intact and no lenses have been fitted to them.
Return and exchange period:
The return and exchange period is 30 days.
Warranty:
The warranty on each product completes the return and exchange policies.
Lenses for brands that supply lenses under “Premium Lenses” are subject to a special warranty.
General Notes
The company is registered and located in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Lenses must be in original condition upon return.

Shipping and Delivery Policies:
We have several shipping methods available to suit the customer’s needs:
Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 days in Greater Cairo and 5 to 7 days in the governorates (does not include custom prescription lens fulfillment time**).
Express shipping within 24 hours is only available in Greater Cairo with different fees.
Shipping costs are determined by region and the nature of the shipment
